Help! My ClipperPro broke apart. How do I put it back together?

Don't worry. Your ClipperPro might have dropped on the tile floor or bathroom vanity and they can 'pop' apart. Here is a video to help reassemble them back together.

What is the 'black plastic' piece in the box?

The 'black plastic' piece is a Swivel Lock. The loop goes around the blade head at a 90º angle and keeps the blade head secure at that angle. It is not a necessary item to use the ClipperPro Omega; it is an added bonus.Swivel Lock Installed Photo

ClipperPro Product Warranty

We are here to help. We offer a Limited One-Year Warranty

Coverage:
ClipperPro (“the Product”) is warranted against defects in workmanship and manufacturing under normal consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. During the warranty period, if the Product experiences a covered defect, ClipperPro will, at its sole discretion and without charge, repair or replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or better value.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

  1. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to dulling of blades due to regular use.
  2. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, commercial use, or use contrary to provided instructions.
  3. Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discoloration that do not affect the Product’s functionality.
  4. Modifications, alterations, repairs, or servicing by parties other than ClipperPro or its authorized representatives.
  5. Products not purchased from an authorized retailer or distributor.

Claim Process:
To make a warranty claim, you must:

  1. Contact ClipperPro’s Customer Service within the warranty period with proof of purchase (original receipt or order number) and a detailed description of the alleged defect.
  2. Follow any instructions provided by ClipperPro regarding the return of the Product. You are responsible for shipping costs to return the Product; ClipperPro will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced unit back to you.

Limitations:
This warranty is provided solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The remedy of repair or replacement provided herein is the exclusive remedy under this warranty. Under no circumstances will ClipperPro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Product.

No Other Warranties:
Except as stated herein, ClipperPro disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permissible by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

Your Rights:
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country.

Governing Law:
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Product was purchased.

How much does it cost to ship?

Shipping is free within the continental U.S. for orders over $30

Can you ship worldwide?

Yes! The ClipperPro fingernail clippers and ClipperPro toenail clippers can be shipped internationally for an additional shipping fee of $15.00. This does not include any customs fees that your country may charge you. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery for orders outside of the United States.

Can I clip my toenails with the ClipperPro?

We recently launched the new ClipperPro toenail clipper to complement our ClipperPro fingernail clipper. The toenail version of the ClipperPro features a larger gap in-between the blades which allows you to cut thick toenails and the straight blade allows for safe and precise cutting.

The ClipperPro fingernail clippers were designed with a curved blade ideal for clipping fingernails. Most customers purchase the clippers as a set at discounted pricing.

Does the blade lock in place when you have it at the right angle?

To ensure the blade will not swivel while clipping, twist the blade 90° to the left side of the clipper to clip your nails on your left hand. Simply rotate the blade 180° to the other side to repeat the process on the opposite hand or foot. This allows you to push the blade against the far side while clipping your nails.

What are the blades made out of?

The blades are made out of high quality surgical grade 420 stainless steel.

How sharp are the blades?

The ClipperPro fingernail clippers and ClipperPro toenail clippers have blades that are far sharper than any other nail clippers on the market. The sharp blade combined with ergonomic force multiplying allow you to easily cut through even the toughest nails with very little force. All of these features make the ClipperPro nail clippers the best for arthritic hands.

What colors are available?

Ice Blue, Fire Red and Periwinkle are the available colors at this time. However, we are diligently working on new color options for 2025. We would love to hear your suggestions on which colors you would like to see available next!

What is your return policy?

All clipperpro.com purchases are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy.

If you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased from clipperpro.com, you may return it within 30 days of the date it was received and receive a refund in accordance with this Policy.

When you receive your order, please check to make sure the items are in good condition, and let us know right away if there is a problem with your shipment. Any claims for damaged items or missing items must be received within 10 business days of receipt of your package. This applies to US domestic orders only. International orders are non-refundable.

Please include your name, address, email address, phone number and reason for return using our CONTACT US page. Items can only be returned for refund or credit if they have no signs of wear and tear, and are in original packaging. Please email hello@clipperpro.com if you have any questions.

Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error (for example, if we sent you the incorrect item or a defective item). Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the receipt date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) in the same form as the original payment type. In the event the following conditions are not met, ClipperPro reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to charge a 20% restocking fee of the original invoice amount or to refuse the return.

Items must be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

Items and packaging must be returned in new condition and not damaged.

Packaging must include all original items, manuals, etc.

Return shipment must be insured and in a padded envelope or package and return postage is the responsibility of the customer.  ClipperPro DOES NOT provide return postage.

In case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier.
