Q: What colors are available?

Powder Blue is the only color available at this time. However, we are diligently working on producing more color options soon! We would love to hear your suggestions on which colors you would like to see available next!

 

Q: Can you ship worldwide? 

Yes! The CLIPPERPRO Nail Clipper can be shipped internationally for an additional shipping fee of $15.00. This does not include any customs fees that your country may charge you. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery for orders outside of the United States.

 

Q: Can I clip my toenails with the CLIPPERPRO? 

This particular model (CLIPPERPRO Omega Nail Clipper) is designed primarily for fingernails as the blade features a curved design. You may experience some issues trying to clip your toenails if your nails are very thick as the gap between the blades is about the average size of most fingernail clippers. We are working on a toenail version that will feature a larger straight blade in order to help those with thicker toenails as well.

 

Q: Does it lock in place when you have it at the right angle? 

To ensure the blade will not swivel while clipping, twist the blade 90° to the left side of the clipper to clip your nails on your left hand. Simply rotate the blade 180° to the other side to repeat the process on the opposite hand or foot. This allows you to push the blade against the far side while clipping your nails.

Q: What are the blades made out of?

The blades are made out of high quality surgical grade 420 stainless steel.

Q: How sharp are the blades?

The CLIPPERPRO Nail Clipper's blades are sharp enough to easily cut through a credit card. This is a feature that is not possible on most standard nail clippers. The CLIPPERPRO Nail Clipper's sharp blades combined with its ergonomic force multiplying mechanism allows you to easily cut through even the toughest nails with very little force. All of these features make the CLIPPERPRO Nail Clipper the best nail clipper for arthritic hands.

Q: What is your return policy?

All clipperpro.com purchases are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy.

If you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased from clipperpro.com, you may return it within 90 days of the date it was received and receive a refund in accordance with this Policy. When you receive your order, please check to make sure the items are in good condition, and let us know right away if there is a problem with your shipment. Any claims for damaged items or missing items must be received within 10 business days of receipt of your package. This applies to US domestic orders only. International orders are non-refundable.

Please include your name, address, email address, phone number and reason for return using our CONTACT US page. Items can only be returned for refund or credit if they have no signs of wear and tear, and are in original packaging. Please email t.davis@azurrogroup.com if you have any questions.

Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error (for example, if we sent you the incorrect item or a defective item). Refunds for items returned within 90 days of the receipt date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) in the same form as the original payment type. In the event the following conditions are not met, CLIPPERPRO reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to charge a 20% restocking fee of the original invoice amount or to refuse the return.

Items and packaging must be returned in new condition and not damaged.
